my.LimeLight ( allows a user to access multiple CRM accounts that they have been granted access to. Instructions for doing this on the CRM can be found here

Once logged into my.LimeLight, all of your Authorized Connections will be shown as illustrated below. To log into a CRM domain, you just need to click on Sign In under the Actions column.

In the upper right-hand corner there is also a Menu feature with a few options as illustrated below.

Menu Options

Home: Home will bring you back to your my.LimeLight homepage where you will see all of your authorized connections.

Edit My Profile: This will allow you to edit your user account for your my.LimeLight portal or reset your password.

Groups: This is for Single Sign On provider use only.

Logout: You will click this to log out of your

If you forgot your password for my.LimeLight ( click the “Forgot Your Password?” link from the login page, enter your e-mail address on the next screen, and request a password reset link. This password reset link will be sent to your e-mail address.
