Configuring Chargebacks911

Chargebacks911 is now fully integrated with the Lime Light CRM for chargebacks, and it will allow you to take advantage of our chargeback provider technology which posts data directly to their system through an automated process.    

In order to activate the integration of Chargebacks911 in your CRM, please go to Payment Systems>Chargeback Providers, and choose Add Chargeback Provider. Select Chargebacks911, and fill out the following requirements:

Username: This will be provided to you by Chargebacks911.

Password: This will be provided to you by Chargebacks911.

Alias: This is for internal purposes only; it helps you identify a specific chargeback provider.

Once your chargeback profile has been created, then you will go through your campaigns and assign it to the corresponding campaign(s).

Additional Chargebacks911 Notes

Once you configure Chargebacks911 in the CRM, you will need to provide API credentials to Chargebacks911 so that they may complete the setup of your account on their end. The API credentials are located under Third Party Accounts when you go to Admin Settings>API Accounts as shown in the illustration below.
