OSIS is now fully integrated with the Lime Light CRM to offer online shipping insurance services. Lime Light CRM and OSIS have worked together to make this integration between the two platforms seamless and intelligent for your convenience.
In order to activate the integration of OSIS in your CRM, you will go to Clients and Fulfillment>Membership Providers. Click on the “Actions” drop down selection to add a new OSIS profile.
- Customer Number - This will be provided to you by OSIS.
- Policy ID - This will be provided to you by OSIS.
- Key- This will be provided to you by OSIS.
- Products – This should include the entire list of product Ids created in your Lime Light CRM to be used as part of your OSIS subscription(s).*
- Alias - For internal purposes only to help you organize among multiple provider profiles within your CRM.
This provider will be assigned at the campaign level. Once the configuration with OSIS has been activated in your CRM, you will assign this provider to your campaign under the field named “Membership Account”. The OSIS profile is selected by its alias, and you will assign it only to those campaigns the online shipping insurance services offer applies to.
OSIS Additional Notes
If you’re using the master_order_id field within our Transaction API to link your OSIS product order to a master order, then you will need to create an OSIS product for every main product in your subscription including one for subscription orders that are not shippable. Listed below is an example based on a typical trial subscription billing model:
Day 1 Master Order (A) is shippable, and would recur to Master Order (B). OSIS product (A) would recur to OSIS product (B).
Day 15 Master Order (B) is not shippable, and would recur to Master Order (C). OSIS product (B) would recur to OSIS product (C). Since this order is not shippable, then OSIS product (B) will need to be $0.00.
Day 45 Master Order (C) is shippable, and would recur to Master Order (C). OSIS product (C) would recur to OSIS product (C).
